Area Sales Manager – Berks County
The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented, multi-tasker with professional sales and supervisory experience.
Primary duties include but are not limited to: Sales personnel ride-withs; developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing key accounts within assigned territory; collecting, processing, evaluating and recapping sales and distribution reports; participation in scheduled sales team meetings; maintaining contact with multiple departments; communicating activities and situations in the market place to the Director of Sales; and team member development and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills including the ability to multi-task
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining positive customer relations while selling portfolio of brands
- Experience supervising sales staff
- Ability to develop, guide and lead sales team members
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently address retailer’s concerns ensuring excellent customer service
- Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Office; knowledge of VIP Beverage Software a plus
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in wholesale distribution sales and supervision.

Delivery Driver – Warehouseman
The ideal candidate must have a commercial driver’s license CDL A to be able to drive and make deliveries as needed. Candidates should also be customer service oriented, have knowledge of Philadelphia and surrounding counties geographical area and forklift and/or walkie rider experience a plus. Positions are day shift Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday off and Monday – Friday with Saturday and Sunday off.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to operate forklifts and/or walkie riders. This employee will work five – eight-hour days Sunday night through Thursday night 10:00 pm until 6:00 am.
Primary duties include but are not limited to: Picking and building orders utilizing a forklift or walkie rider and voice pick software equipment.

- Position requires ability to operate a forklift – forklift certification

Sales Representative (Philadelphia)
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can multi-task and is able to work in a team environment. This sales professional will be responsible for selling all appropriate Muller brands to assigned accounts in Muller, Inc.’s territory. The ideal candidate will have the ability to meet all deadlines and achieve objectives and monthly plan goals for new and current packages as assigned by management. You must be able to handle all account merchandising as well as be responsible for effective use of P.O.S. Proper execution for all quantity control procedures by managing product rotation a must.
Requirements:

- Knowledge of VIP Beverage System a plus
- Knowledge of MillerCoors sales software a plus
- College degree preferred (or prior experience in Beverage Sales)
- Beer/Malt Beverage experience a plus
