The most widely sold Italian beer, Peroni was established in 1846 with its first brewery. When demand skyrocketed, a second brewery was opened in Rome, becoming the largest Italian brewery by 1950. Peroni is an international Pale Lager utilizing saaz and hallertau magnum hops.
